Store and Refund Policy
Store Policy: A 30 minute consultation must be scheduled before paying a deposit. ALL deposits will be refunded if purchased prior to scheduling a consultation call. Please follow the instructions located in the consultation shop listing.
Refund Policy: All garments are custom / handmade, and cannot be resold. All refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item or garment. Refunds are not given on consultations.
For online shop purchases: Store credit will be applied for the dollar amount of the item or ready to wear garment purchased and can be used towards your next online purchase on jmozell.us. The item must be returned to receive a refund. Shipping will not be reimbursed.
For custom garments: A 20% refund is given if the item is not delivered to the customer within the requested time frame. Standard delivery time for garments are between 6-8 weeks after order date, please plan accordingly. The earlier you book, the longer we have to perfect your garment. A 20% refund is given for garments with major fit discrepancies. Refunds are NOT given if we have completed all fittings and the look has been approved on multiple occasions. Please understand that replica recreation will not look EXACTLY like the original inspiration photo you have presented for multiple reasons. It is best to design your garment originally from scratch, with design elements that are suitable for your style and figure . Please avoid going the replica route to avoid potential dissatisfaction. The custom garment must be returned to receive a refund. Shipping will not be reimbursed.
